Refund policy
Refunds/replacements are available for:
• Damaged products (reported within 30 days with photo/video evidence)
• Incorrect or missing items (with photo/video proof)
• Delayed orders (45+ days for US, 60+ days international, 110+ days Brazil)
• Orders canceled before shipping
Important limits:
• Refund requests must be made within 90 days of payment
• No refunds if tracking shows "delivered" (unless you get a non-delivery certificate from your post office)
